FAQs

  • Unfortunately, all of our tour posters are printed for promotional use and sent directly to the distribution outlets for display. We do not keep stocks in our office for sale. Occasionally we have some left at the end of the tour, in which case we will give them away via a competion – details of which will be advertised on our social media pages.

  • Please contact the ticketing retailer you purchased these tickets from.

  • Event staff are provided by both the venue itself and through established production companies which are contracted by us on a tour by tour basis.

  • Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer any work experience placements.

  • In most cases a personal compact camera or camera phone is allowed to take photos for personal use,
however this can change depending on the tour so you should always check with the venue in the lead
up to the show to confirm.

  • If you wish to submit a band or artist to be considered as a support act, please contact us here. Please be sure to include which tour you wish to be the support act for, a short bio, picture and a link to an official website or Facebook/Instagram page.
Please note due to the sheer volume of submissions we receive, only successful artists will be contacted.

  • Sorry, we only issue backstage passes to our touring personnel.
Occasionally, opportunities to win a meet & greet with a band/artist do arise. We like to broadcast
these across our social media, so be sure to follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook to be among
    the first to know.

  • There are many elements that we take in to consideration when planning a tour. To name but a few; the availability of venues on the required dates, the availability of the touring artist, the production elements of the show, venue capacities and staging formats. Despite our best efforts, it is sometimes just not possible to include all cities on a tour itinerary.

  • Please join our mailing list to be notified of each of our presales

  • Internet pre-sales provide early access to a selection of seats, but not all seats, throughout the venue. Tickets of equal quality will always be held aside for the public. We like to give all fans the opportunity to access great seats – whether it be during the pre-sale or the general on-sale. Please remember if you are unable to secure tickets during the pre-sale, you will always be able to try again during the public on-sale when a fresh allocation of tickets will be released.

VIP Packages

  • We do our best to create packages that are approved by artist management and fit with the local market. In some instances, package components are similar to other markets, while other times they are completely different. It is up to artist management to approve the inclusions of the VIP packages in all markets.

  • During the check out process, you would need to ensure that the VIP ticket and regular tickets you selected were side by side. Inventory is constantly being purchased so on high demand shows, this may be difficult to procure. Ultimately, this is not in our control and is part of the ticketing process. For any ticketing assistance, contact Ticketek or Ticketmaster.

  • At least 5-7 days before your show date, you will receive an email from vip@daintygroup.com detailing exactly where the VIP Check In location is and what time you need to arrive for early entry.  If you haven’t received this email, please check your spam folder before contacting VIP customer service.

  • Unless otherwise noted and sold specifically as an ‘upgrade only’ package, yes, a concert  ticket is included in a VIP package.

  • In theory, yes. However VIP general admission tickets often include early entry to the General Admission section so they will be in this area before general tickets holders and it may be difficult to find one another based on demand and arrival times.

  • It is up to local venues to decide whether to allow them.  The normal rule of thumb is, as long as they are amateur cameras (mobile phone cameras, non-SLR cameras, cameras without detachable lenses), they will be allowed.

  • In most cases, all VIP Packages are all ages and unrestricted. However, on occasion, some shows and some tickets have a recommended age. For example, we recommend standing tickets for people 15+. Some pre-show VIP Package inclusions include access to a bar or vouchers for the bar. Photo identification may be required for proof of age. If the package holder is under 18, soft drinks and other alternatives are provided.

  • Please contact the relevant ticketing agency directly for assistance purchasing any wheelchair or disabled seating.

    Ticketek (special needs hotline) – 1300 665 915

    Ticketmaster – 13 61 00 and follow the prompts

If you require assistance with a pre-show party or other elements of the package, please email us at vip@daintygroup.com at least 3 days before your show date so we can help make arrangements.

  • Complimentary parking is not included with any VIP package. Please check with the venue for the best parking opportunities.

  • Unfortunately, they will not be able to pick up the tickets and VIP package inclusions without you. As indicated in our VIP Terms and Conditions, all VIP package purchases are non-transferable. The original account holder (original purchaser) must be the same individual who claims the tickets. A driver’s license or valid Photo identification of the ticket purchaser must be presented in order to claim your package and tickets.

  • Each packages merchandise inclusions are detailed at the time of purchase and in your welcome email. Merchandise packages will be available for collection at the relevant venue on the day of the show only unless otherwise noted.

  • Check in close times adjust in every market, but generally speaking, 30 minutes before the main act goes on stage.  If you do not arrive by this time, please call the support phone number provided on your advance email and make the staff aware that you are running late.  Tickets will then be left at the box office but you will forfeit your VIP merchandise collection. The same rules apply at the box office to pick up your tickets as they would at the VIP Check-In.  Understand that most venue box offices close at the beginning of the show.

  • You will receive an email from vip@daintygroup.com indicating what time the check in opens (check your spam folder if you cannot find this email).  Generally, it is around 5:30 PM, but times will vary so do not make concrete arrival plans until you receive your email.

  • Please proceed to the venue box office and ask the attendant to direct you to the VIP Check In.  If you still cannot find the Check In location, please call the VIP Day Of Show Hotline on the number listed in your Pre-Show Email.

  • Upon proceeding to the VIP check in location, we will verify your identity and distribute your VIP merchandise and VIP tickets if not previously picked up. If your package includes access to a pre-show party, you will be given directions to the function room.

  • Unless otherwise noted, all VIP tickets will be available for pick up or mail service prior to the day of the show.  This will depend on your selection process made when purchasing your VIP tickets. We strongly suggest picking up your VIP tickets in advance of show day to avoid longer than necessary wait times on the night.

  • At least 2-3 days before your show date, you will receive an email from vip@daintygroup.com detailing exactly where the VIP Check In location is.  If you haven’t received this email a few days before the show, please check your spam folder before contacting VIP customer service.

  • For questions concerning your VIP package, please email us at vip@daintygroup.com.  Please note, our VIP Support Department cannot assist you with any inquiries regarding non-VIP tickets. For all other enquiries or non-VIP tickets, please contact info@daintygroup.com.

Ticketing

  • TEG DAINTY work closely with several charities which we have supported for a number of years.  Due to the large number of donation/charity requests we receive, TEG DAINTY are only able to support those charities we have an ongoing relationship with.

  • Unfortunately you are unable to return, exchange or cancel tickets that have been purchased unless the event you booked for is cancelled or postponed.

  • We do not recommend purchasing tickets from any unauthorised ticket reseller as the tickets may not be genuine and can be cancelled.

  • Please contact the relevant ticketing retailer directly for help accessing these seats:
    Ticketek (special needs hotline) – 1300 665 915

  • When customers search for tickets, those tickets are reserved until the customer either finalises the
purchase or chooses to look for other tickets. Until this process is over, no one else can view these
tickets. Therefore, if the customer chooses to search for other tickets and not finalise the purchase,
these tickets are released and become available to other customers.

  • An internet presale is an opportunity to secure tickets before they go on sale to the public via general websites, call centres and outlets. Please note that a pre sale is a chance to secure tickets before the general public, rather than a preferential seating service.

Artists & Touring

  • It is not appropriate for us to provide any information regarding the travel and accommodation arrangements for the touring artists.

  • Dainty Group does not provide contact information for any of touring artists or their management.
Often the best way to contact an artist is via their official Fan Club or website – many have forums
    where you can post messages.

  • The moment any of tours are confirmed we’ll post the full information on our website and update our social media. Sign up to the TEG DAINTY mailing list to receive email notification of any new tour announcements as they happen.

  • As soon as details are confirmed they are displayed on our website and social media pages so be sure to like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter for all the latest announcements.
